Stefan G. Schafhaus is a German attorney at law. He advises and supports his clients, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, in all aspects of their national and international business and represents them in negotiations as well as in litigation.

Before studying law, he studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen. He studied law at the University of Bonn and completed his legal training, inter alia, at the Regional Court and the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. He has been admitted to the bar since 1991.

His professional background includes cooperation with the intellectual property boutique Rospatt Osten Pross in Düsseldorf, work with KAU Rechtsanwälte / Graham & James LLP, and international legal practice from Amsterdam between 2013 and 2020. Since 2020 he has operated Law Office Schafhaus in Mönchengladbach, Germany.
