 It goes without saying that we advise in a holistic way. Thus we indicate to fiscal effects when drafting agreements. We indicate to possible personal penal consequences for the management when consulting in corporate law matters. Trade law matters are often connected with labor law issues. When working on international matters we observe the applicable European regulations and - in cooperation with colleagues abroad - also foreign legislation and jurisdiction.
