You have to work hard for your money - so we do. We only bill you for the concrete time which we spent on your case. Therefore we generally charge the amount of work. Our rates vary from 180 to 275 EUR per hour plus taxes (e.g. VAT - if applicable). However, we do not calculate our fees per hour or part thereof but on the basis of so called time-slices. One time-slice lasts 6 minutes (=1/10 hour). You only have to pay the amount resulting from the concrete number of time-slices. Of course, expenses like travel costs have to be reimbursed extra.
Our clients receive an invoice which exactly shows day, time, duration and kind of the respective task. This should give you the full control of the costs. A flat fee may be agreed upon in appropriate matters. Please ask us.
In litigation matters we are legally obliged by § 4 Par. 2 of the German Act on Attorneys’ Fees (“Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz”) to charge the statutory fees as minimum, which are solely depending from the value in dispute. Our Freeware QuickRVG, which you may find on our page “Download”, might help you to estimate the cost risk of litigation before German civil courts.
