Here it is, the upgrade to the established software BragoAid which follows the new provisions of the German Act on Attorneys’ Fees “Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz” (RVG)!
By the means of the tool QuickRVG you may calculate the cost risk of a litigation before German civil courts for the first and the second instance. It shows you the applicable attorney’s fees and court costs. It is the only one of its kind that optionally takes into account the fees of contributing patent attorneys, too. The user interface and output of this version is in English.
The software QuickRVG was programmed by our office. It is freeware, free of charge and may be copied and distributed for free. In order to download it simply click on the link on the left.
