Our office was founded in 1991. It acts as advisor e.g. it furnishes drafts for agreements or or assists in their negotiation. During legal disputes it represents the interests of its clients as well out of court as in proceedings. We are admitted to appear before all German district courts (“Amtsgericht”), regional courts (“Landgericht”) and higher regional courts (“Oberlandesgericht”). We may also plead before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court, the European Office for Harmonization and the European Court of Justice.
 Through cooperation with attorneys in most developed nations, we are able to assist with problems abroad. Here we manage, coordinate and supervise the necessary measures on site for our clients. We communicate the goals and targets of our clients and translate - if necessary - documents in foreign languages.

Our office features all modern means of communication. We do not know fixed office hours or a telephone answering machine after business hours. Our clients may also reach us in the evening or during the weekend. E-mail, fax and cellphone allow a fast approach and prompt advice in urgent matters.
